Yes. Learning in the SEE program helps you achieve your real life goals. With the SEE, Program you can:

·- start at your own level and learn at your own pace
- study full-time or part-time
- continue to work, look for a job or care for your family
- learn in a classroom, your workplace or Blended methods to support you reach goals. 

Yes, if your employees meet the eligibility for the SEE Program. The program is a free Australian Government training initiative helping employers and their people to improve their reading, writing, maths, English language and digital skills.

With the help of the SEE Program, you can meet your business goals while supporting the learning and development needs through tailored training programs which can be either accredited or non-accredited Training.

The training is flexible and works around your business. It can be tailored to the needs of your business and your staff. It can be delivered directly to your staff onsite at your workplace or at a local SEE Classroom at a time convenient to both you and your employees.

Do you need better skills for a new job or your current job? Undertaking the SEE (Skills for Education and Employment) program can help.

When you take part in the SEE program, we can help you set goals that align to your situation. If you are looking for work, we will apply the skills to resume writing and searching job applications. If you are looking to gain more office based skills, we can help you with word processing or creating presentations. The skills you gain could also be a foundation for you to then do further study such as vocational training or improve your current job.

Yes. The Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program is delivered both full-time and part-time.

Provided you meet certain criteria, there is an option to enrol in a part-time course that suits you and your existing commitments.

The program runs for up to two years.

Whilst students can complete the full two years, some students will have different needs and complete the program at earlier points depending on what they need support with. During an initial conversation, students will get an understanding of what level of support might be appropriate. From there, our team will help you establish how long you may like to have the support and be in the program.
