Tryphena has over 8 years of experience working with adults and young people presenting with:

• Anxiety disorders,
• Grief and loss,
• Interpersonal and relationship stressors, and

Tryphena completed her Master in Counselling Psychology in 2007. She has expertise in providing mental health support and vocational counselling to young people and adults. Tryphena has a particular interest in supporting people within the LGBTQIA+ community and working with refugees.
Tryphena has experience working with adults and young people with depression, anxiety, stress, and other mental health needs using psychological interventions.
Tryphena has worked as a Psychologist, Counsellor, and Support worker across Australia, Singapore, United Kingdom, and Ireland. She has counselling experience in non-profit organisations, employment agencies, schools, family service centres, prisons, and refugee camps.
Tryphena has experience supporting high school students with mental health disorders, as well as interpersonal difficulties such as bullying, and motivational difficulties with attending school.
