Getting to Know You - MAXConnect Jobmatch
By logging in to MAXConnect - Jobmatch and completing the Getting to Know You section, we can make sure your appointments and the work we look for are better suited to you and your circumstances.
It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. All your responses remain confidential, will not be shared with employers and will not impact your Centrelink payments.
Need help logging in?
Username and Password
If this is the first time you've logged in to MAX Connect, you will need your username.
This will be your JobSeeker ID (JSID) followed by @max-connect.com.au e.g. 123456789@max-connect.com.au
The first time you login, your password is your surname dot MAX dot the last 3 digits of your JSID, in all capital letters - SURNAME.MAX.789. or
For example:
- JONESSMITH.MAX.566
- JONES-CAREY.MAX.115
You will then be able to set your permanent password.
How to find your JobSeeker ID (JSID)
Your JobSeeker ID is unique to you. You can find it by:

- On your job plan
