Angus Knight Group (AKG) acquires MAX

Angus Knight Group acquires Maximus’ operations in Australia and Korea across employment, training and health services sectors.

AKG is today pleased to announce the acquisition of employment, health and training operations in two countries from Maximus (NYSE: MMS) a leading employer and provider of government services worldwide.

The group will acquire the full Maximus operations in Australia and Korea.

This transaction continues the expansion of Angus Knight into a global provider of employment, education and training, health and wellbeing and community services with operations in seven countries. We welcome over 1,200 new employees, which sees our team grow to over 2,600 people.

This acquisition will allow the business to impact the lives of more people, in addition to providing new regions to pursue further scale and growth opportunities, delivering vital services to people in need.

Maximus Entities

The combined international operations deliver state and national government contracts in the employment services sector across Australia and Korea. Maximus has delivered these services for a period in each country having operated in employment services in Australia since 2002 and Korea since 2020.
