Traineeships in the workplace - Queensland
We deliver User Choice training in Queensland.
We are a government-approved provider of the User Choice program delivering accredited entry-level training to trainees.
Traineeships are an employment based training arrangement that combines practical experience in the workplace with trainer-led training.
Employers and trainees that select us as their approved training provider can negotiate the type of training required and in collaboration with all parties, we will tailor a plan to suit everyone’s needs.
Trainees can access workplace traineeships full-time or part-time completing daily duties and learning on the job under the supervision of a workplace manager. We are in regular contact with trainees in person in the workplace, by phone and via email and provide regular progress reports and evaluations.
The Queensland Government provides detailed information on workplace traineeship here.

Prior to commencement of delivery, students are provided with a clear statement of any fees and charges to be applied. This process also includes the determination of full exemptions, partial exemptions and payment plans where Student Contribution Fees apply.
