Mr Andrew Laming MP congratulates the MAX Employment Staff on their increase in Disability Employment Service (DES) participants
Local Federal MP for Bowman Mr Andrew Laming
visited MAX Employment to congratulate the organisation on gaining more Disability Employment Service (DES) participants in a recent reallocation of services.
Mr Laming visited his local MAX Employment office, MAX Cleveland, to congratulate the staff on their consistently impressive performance in finding jobs for those living with disability.
Mr Laming said he was thrilled with the reallocation of business to high performing Disability Employment Service providers.
“The reallocation is part of a commitment to ensure people with disability have the highest possible chance of finding employment, and keeping it,”
Mr Laming said.
Cleveland Business Manager Tracy Lowe said it was great to have the local MP drop by to see how the site changes lives through the DES programme.
“Mr Laming was able to witness firsthand the work that our Consultants do with our DES participants and the ongoing support we provide them post-placement.
“He had a chat to a few of our job seekers and discussed ways they can get their name out there to local employers and find the best job for them,”
