Last year, the MAX Employment Finders Keepers campaign helped over 10,000 people find a job in the lead up to Christmas, but it couldn’t have been done without the employers.

MAX Jobs will enable employers or community members who know of available vacancies to easily register a job with MAX Employment. All you need to do is fill in the details, hit submit, and we’ll be in touch!
MAX Jobs will involve the community like never before, with employers and local businesses alike having the opportunity to play a part in changing the life of someone in their local community. Positions are sent to our Central Support Team for verification with the employer before being sent to the MAX site nearest the vacancy. Our Placement Consultants then start working on placing the right job seeker into the position.
MAX Managing Director Deborah Homewood said this employer engagement tool enables great connections to employers and the wider community, which is an essential part of getting people back into work.
“The numbers of job seekers placed in previous job seeking campaigns by MAX would not be possible without the support of our wonderful employers,” Ms Homewood said.
“It’s important that we engage with employers so they can learn what MAX does, the support that we offer post-placement, and the amount of quality candidates available who are ready to do a great job for them.” she said.
