A general recruitment process is outlined below:
Apply for a role or register your interest
Click here to view current opportunities at MAX. To apply, click on the job title, complete the candidate profile and upload your resume. You may also use the 'Refer a Friend' button to let someone else know of a position.
Personality tests and verbal, numerical and abstract reasoning may be included as part of your application process.
If you're successful in being short-listed, you will have the opportunity to hear more about the role you applied for via a phone interview. If you are successful in your phone interview, we may contact you for a face-to-face interview.
Reference and Background Checks
MAX requires two references to contact should you be successful or shortlisted. Referees must be managers or supervisors you have reported to. Some positions with MAX require working children and/or criminal history checks. Further details of this will be explained to you during the recruitment process.
